Campus Information & Links

Housing is available on campus for ESL, undergraduate, and graduate students with the exception of married students or students with children. On campus housing is limited, so please make your housing deposit early to ensure you have a room reserved.

You have the ability to choose from several options, described below. Learn more about options in each category, including costs and amenities, by clicking on the link provided. Further information can also be found on the Campus Housing page.

  • Traditional residence halls - Furnished shared rooms typically in suites with a shared common lounge and bathroom
  • Apartments - Furnished single rooms or double rooms with a shared kitchen, living, and bath space
  • Townhouses - Furnished double rooms similar to apartments but with a shared living and kitchen space downstairs, and shared bathroom and bedrooms upstairs.

If you would like to live on campus, you must go to Residence Life page and visit MyHousing Director (login using SNHU username and password).  In order to apply for housing, click on "Housing Applications and Agreements" and then follow the prompts that lead you through the agreement, personal preferences, and living preferences. Residence Life will follow up with more detailed instructions once the application is submitted.  Once placed, students are required to place a non-refundable monetary deposit committing to living on campus.
